Country Report is one of the most important materials to study and discuss during the Workshop. The objectives of the Country Report are to share, learn and discuss the different administration of criminal justice system from different countries. Every participants will be asked to present their Country Reports during the Workshop.

a) Country reports are expected to state actual situations, current practices, results, problems and suggestions on corresponding subjects of each workshop in the participant's country. The report also needs to contains brief information on the participant's country, that includes History, Civilization, Culture, Religion, general information of Judicial system, and Criminal justice system.

b) All participants are requested to prepare a country report before coming to the Republic of Korea. They are also requested to send a file of report (format of MS-WORD or MS-DOS text file) via e-mail and also send a hard copy of report to the Legal Research and Training Institute (LRTI) for compilation. If you don't have any access to the Internet, you just can bring the file when you come to Korea.
